A routine traffic stop quickly escalated after officers ordered a driver to roll down his window and step out.
When he didn’t comply, officers smashed the driver-side window and repeatedly ordered him to show his hands. The driver raised both hands while asking, “What is your reason, sir?”
Officers then reached inside, opened the door and pulled him from the vehicle to detain him.
