A viral video capturing a chaotic “cat-and-mouse” confrontation between a Cincinnati police officer and a man on the street has amassed more than 10 million views on Instagram.
Broc Wilson, a local resident, captured the exchange on video.
The video shows an officer being pushed to the ground while attempting to restrain a man, who then tries to escape on a bicycle but also falls.

A slow-moving chase follows, with the officer attempting to use pepper spray as the man runs in circles before ultimately getting away.
