Police are investigating after a fight broke out outside the Capitol City Mall Monday, and the altercation was caught on video.
The individual who took the video said it happened around 6:15 p.m. Monday. The incident involved a number of juveniles, according to Lower Allen Township Director of Public Safety & Emergency Management Coordinator David Hall.
Hall said the investigation is still ongoing, but there will be charges filed once it’s complete.
The video shows five individuals fighting in the grass off the side of the parking lot. Two people appear to be fighting on the ground as another individual appears to push down a female several times.
Hall said no other details are available at this time.
